How to set up an account for IB Workshops |

Click on "account set up" to the left of the web page. Fill in the registration/ account set up form. You will then get an email from Andy Beharrell/Triple A Learning. When you click on the link in the email it will return you to the Triple A Learning website. You can then log in on the box to your left labelled "shop log in". Return to the IB workshop page by clicking on the tab at the top labelled "IB workshops" - click on the course you want - you will notice that a registration form has appeared at the bottom of the page. Use the instructions above it to help you fill it in.
No you only have to set up an account once.

If you lose your password click on the link below the login box where it says "lost password?"
Use the form to enter the participant’s name and details. To clear the existing information, press the ‘Clear information’ button. To add additional participants, simply click the ‘Add additional participant’ button and fill in their details as well. Once you have finished click the ‘Register’ button to sign the participants up for the workshop.

You can pay by credit card on our website. However if you cannot pay by this method we can raise an invoice if requested.
All credit card payments are taken in british pounds. (At current exchange rates.)
We also invoice in british pounds sterling - however there is an option to invoice in US dollars if requested. (The rate is fixed at $1.75 to the £ - but will be reviewed monthly.)
We charge V.A.T. to any member of the European Union. Otherwise no V.A.T. is liable.
V.A.T. currently is 17.5% .
We do not charge V.A.T. to any school that provides us with a V.A.T. registration number and is in the EU. Unfortunately our payment system cannot cope with this ( especially paying by credit card) so it is important to put the V.A.T. Registration number in the comments box when ordering a workshop. Alternatively you can request a manual registration form at

When to access a workshop |

Participants sign up from all over the world and they can sign in when ever they want.
Discussion forums, will be asychronous and therefore, can be joined in at a time to suit you.
The mentors also come from all around the world and will aim to set up "Live classrooms" (which are synchronous) at different time zones to try and accommodate most people.
